	For our customers from outside the U.S., please call us about your order. All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery except when otherwise arranged. Standard Confetti and cones are currently shipping within a few days of receiving orders. If you are purchasing $150 worth of confetti or cones and purchased a sampler within the last 60 days, don't forget to deduct the price of your Sampler from the Order Subtotal. Lost your receipt? For CONFETTI: one confetti sampler, shipping is included; for confetti orders up to 125 guest packets, 500 grams in bulk or five kits, add $10.95.
